Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. All "Made To Order" Products Sales are Final - No Refunds or Exchanges - No Exceptions

Orders can be canceled at customer's request for a full refund ONLY on the same day of the order. Orders cannot be canceled at any other production time. We will not issue refunds for any refused order shipments. If the order could not be delivered by UPS and sent back to us due to the customer's "unavailability to sign on the UPS delivery attempts" the order will be reshipped to the customer at customer's expense.
